WHAT IS LAGREE?

LAGREE FITNESS™ is a high-intensity, low-impact strength and endurance training method designed to strengthen, tighten, and sculpt the body through slow, controlled movement on patented resistance equipment.

Often compared to Pilates, Lagree is not Pilates. While Pilates focuses on rehabilitation and flexibility, Lagree is a strength-based method rooted in muscular endurance, core stability, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning, all delivered with minimal joint stress.

WHY IT WORKS

A 45-minute introductory class to the Lagree Method.

SLŌ Foundations is ideal for clients who want to build a strong foundation and deepen their understanding of Lagree while still being effectively challenged. This class focuses on slower transitions, intentional movement, and proper form, allowing you to connect more deeply to the method and the machine.

Perfect for beginners, those returning after time off, or anyone wanting to refine technique and fundamentals.

SLŌ SIGNATURE

INTENSITY LEVEL: MODERATE-HIGH

A 45-minute signature Lagree class designed to challenge, strengthen, and sculpt.

SLŌ Signature incorporates thoughtful progressions and variations to intensify the workout while remaining accessible to all fitness levels. Expect full-body strength, core engagement, balance, and endurance delivered through slow, controlled movement.

This class is suitable for everyone, with options and modifications offered throughout.
