SLŌ is a Lagree studio rooted in intentional movement, thoughtful instruction, and genuine connection. We believe strength is built slowly, with purpose, precision, and consistency, not through rushed reps or trend-driven workouts.
Here, movement is deliberate. Instruction is clear and supportive. The experience is designed to feel grounding, welcoming, and truly effective. We focus on what works, why it works, and how to help you move better, feel stronger, and build results that last.
Every detail at SLŌ is considered, from the pace of class to the way cues are delivered, so you feel supported, challenged, and confident every time you step on the machine.
THE FOUNDER
MEET KYLEE
SLŌ was founded by Kylee with the belief that movement should feel purposeful, supportive, and sustainable, never rushed, performative, or intimidating.
Kylee has been teaching Lagree since 2018 and developed her foundation in a deeply method-driven studio where precision, form, and respect for the work were non-negotiable. Training in an environment that approached the Lagree method with care, precision, and respect for the body shaped her teaching style and continues to guide the standards behind every SLŌ class.
She credits the mentor who challenged her, believed in her early on, and instilled the importance of teaching with integrity. That influence lives on in the way SLŌ instructors cue, correct, and care for each client.
Becoming a new mother further deepened Kylee’s perspective on strength, balance, and self-care. In a season defined by constant giving, she recognized how powerful it is to have a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel strong, both physically and mentally.
That mindset is woven into SLŌ through intentional programming, supportive coaching, and an environment that meets people exactly where they are.
